Horrible appalling extremely poor way to treat any customer I’ve had to call corporate Toyota three times filing a claim and I still cannot get this xxxxxx car inspection The state of New York is sending the email reminders to inspect it When I bring it to an inspection station, they say it’s red flagged and unsafe to drive Driven I could be stopped and ticketed. My appointment was for8am. I dropped my car off the night before. At 10:30 I hadn't heard anything, so I called. It still wasn't in the shop yet.
