I made an appointment online, showed up to the dealership and no one was at the front desk. I waited for a while before anyone saw me and asked how they could help. One change was due to a salesperson taking a job somewhere else mid process, that’s out of their control. I felt very much like everyone was in a rush to get me out the door (good and bad). Good that it’s not the standard long drawn out sales process. Bad in that I was left alone in cubicles while employees talked to one another more than concerned about my business. I mentioned I’d be looking for another car in 8 months and no one batted an eye to try and ensure my returned business. Overall, I rated NYE 3 stars out of courtesy for being the one place to have the car I wanted for a price I was willing to pay. There was nothing to set NYE apart from any other car dealership I’ve ever been to. I felt like they were just another place looking for a one time sale instead of treating me like a future lifetime customer. More

Service & staff were great as always for my vehicle State inspection. However, I didn't receive a "State Inspection" document & called about it.
