They were excellent in taking care of my new truck. It was in an accident and needed some new parts. The manager told us it was going to be 3 days to get it done and they crushed it in 2 days!!!!! Staff was very friendly, helpful and curtesy. Unfortunately evaluation/diagnostics took approximately four days to determine the issue, but issues were resolved after one day waiting for parts. I've owned a lot of Fords. I've had a lot of repairs. That makes me qualified to say that Keri is a genuinely a good person who works hard to ensure you leave completely satisf I've had a lot of repairs. That makes me qualified to say that Keri is a genuinely a good person who works hard to ensure you leave completely satisfied with your repair/service. I don't know how she keeps it all together but she does an amazing job and is on point everytime I call. She's always there before I get there in the morning and is still there 10 hours later when I come to pickup my vehicle. That's commitment folks. More

Attentive sales staff, great vehicle choices, and excellent service folks. However: I declined LoJack and etching services but was charged for them anyway, with the argument being it was already don excellent service folks. I found out later it was NOT done, and now they don’t want to deal with me or provide a refund. Awesome service after the sale, guys. If I didn’t live 2 hours away I would be parked in your lobby until you fixed this. More
