If I could give this place a zero star If I would. I brought my vehicle in for a mechanical issue. It was there for over 5 weeks. It took a week before they actually brought it in to look at it. I do understand that because they had other vehicles to take care of first. I was never contacted on the status of the issue unless I called. I asked about a loaner car and was said they do not offer that. I spoke to the general manager Dan, he said if I have a warranty I could get a loaner. Asked again about a loaner and said they do not offer loaner vehicles. I lost pay due to unable to get to work. I also had to cancel 2 doctor's appointments. As more time went on I asked about the status of my vehicle. I was told the mechanic was working on it but he also has been pulled away to help other mechanics. I understand that happens but my vehicle should have been a priority since it was there longer. Very displeased with the lack of communication and getting different stories about a loaner vehicle. I used to bring my vehicle there for service but no more. I have gotten my last 4 vehicles from NYE but no more. More

Estimated it would take an hour ....after hour and 15 minutes noticed my car parked in pickup area. Prior appointment told to wait after seeing car as paperwork needed to be complete. Half hour later I go out front and inquire to find out been completed for some time and they thought I had left. In addition, bill higher than expected as Cabin Filter was $80 and I assumed around $50. Should of been advised of the cost since I was in the waiting room. More
