Staff was very friendly, helpful and curtesy. Unfortunately evaluation/diagnostics took approximately four days to determine the issue, but issues were resolved after one day waiting for parts. They were excellent in taking care of my new truck. It was in an accident and needed some new parts. The manager told us it was going to be 3 days to get it done and they crushed it in 2 days!!!!! I've owned a lot of Fords. I've had a lot of repairs. That makes me qualified to say that Keri is a genuinely a good person who works hard to ensure you leave completely satisf I've had a lot of repairs. I don't know how she keeps it all together but she does an amazing job and is on point everytime I call. She's always there before I get there in the morning and is still there 10 hours later when I come to pickup my vehicle. That's commitment folks. More
