Made appointment for service for 12/7 when I arrived they said it was cancelled. I was told the called my wife when I asked her she received no call. We brought the car in May 2021 since then the car was ser said it was cancelled. I was told the called my wife when I asked her she received no call. I know things happen but to said they called someone on the day the car was to be looked to cancel not a good way I had to cancel an appointment because the car cannot be driven with the noise coming from the back also the car is under warranty More

We received our new f 150 today we. Picked up my 2021 Ford Edge last week. Doran (my sales rep) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed help with the new touch screen as i am not computer savvy.
