Bait and Switch, False Advertising, Deceptive Sales Practice This place place is a Bait and Switch operation. Avoid it because they run a business where deception and false advertising is at the core. Unless you This place place is a Bait and Switch operation. Avoid it because they run a business where deception and false advertising is at the core. Unless you want a headache, buy somewhere else. Almost anywhere would be goo. I'm frustrated and disappointed. My experience with this place has been horrendous. Definitely don't buy a car from here. The sales people are purposely deceptive and purposely misleading, not some of them, ALL of them and you'll get no assistance from their upper management person Samy. They advertised a car on their site for $6,000. Their sales person Miguel, then said the car is suppose to be $10,000 but because we had proof they had to honor the $6,000 price tag. There was back and forth for 3 hours and finally he said we could purchase the car for the agreed upon $6,000. However this was not true. They hurriedly had me sign some paperwork that actually had the $10,000 price tag attached to it. I had proof from the site and two witnesses for this entire interaction, but apparently they tacked on the additional fees, that are not listed on the site for the car. When I addressed the issue, I was treated poorly over the phone by their sales person and then again in person by Samy. Needless to say, you'd do better to build your own car or buy from a reputable dealership. ***Don't buy from here unless you've got a lawyer on hand to review the contracts on the spot because they are good for a bait and switch price. The car itself is great, but now I owe $7000 I didn't account for instead of $3,000 like their sales person said. More

Good experience! I purchased my used car from this dealership on December 1 2017. I had a good experience with Ezzy. However the day prior the manager seemed pretty ea I purchased my used car from this dealership on December 1 2017. I had a good experience with Ezzy. However the day prior the manager seemed pretty eager on me driving the car that day even though a payment wasn't set yet. Seeing that the manager and I weren't getting anywhere, Ezzy decided to intervene. Long story short I ended buying the 2013 Nissan Altima. Ezzy was way more professional and understanding than the manager. If you go to this dealership ask for Ezzy he'll take care of you. In my opinion he should be the manager instead. More
