Elio was my salesperson. I arrived at the dealership and he greeted me with courtesy when I walked in. Asked how he could assist me and I explained that I had been pre-approv I arrived at the dealership and he greeted me with courtesy when I walked in. Asked how he could assist me and I explained that I had been pre-approved for a vehicle. He walked me to the car. We test drove the car. Elio was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. After the review of the car I said I was still shopping, Elio was very kind and gave me his number. And said if he could earn my business he would work hard to get me into this vehicle with a better rate. I came back three days later and with in a couple of hours I walked out with a new car. No sales pressure. No bait and switch. Elio was very professional and I would highly recommend him to others. More
