The sales team was a breath of fresh air, so-to-speak, and very easy to deal with for such a major purchase. Relaxed environment, which is expected at the beach, and actually felt a bit like a part of their Hyundai family when leaving. A return visit 4 days later to return a key fob for my '13 Veloster trade-in, was greeted just as friendly as a potential customer. Joshua Lackey, the customer service manager, was extremely helpful and my loyalty will remain with Hyundai in the future. More
