Disgusting On February 6th 2017 I called the dealership and talk to the service department to make an appointment for an oil change. I asked if I could be schedu On February 6th 2017 I called the dealership and talk to the service department to make an appointment for an oil change. I asked if I could be scheduled for the earliest oil change on February 7th 2017 the gentleman on the phone told me yes 8:30. I get there for a 7th between 8-10 815 and they tell me that my appointments not it until 9. I said no that's at 8:30 that's why I'm here so early because I have to be to work at 10. Then the gentleman says well I'll get you in as soon as I can and I'm on the phone with someone and talking to that person on the phone I said to that person on the phone I hate the f word place. So the gentleman that had my car keys call me back to the dance to give me the bigger part of my keys because he only need it the car key. Then he says I'm sorry you hate this place. Then Tim Whitlow that was nowhere near the conversation he was standing in a corner somewhere and repeated what I said no she said f word place. And I told him yes that is what I said and I meant what I said. Tim Whitlow then proceeded to come in my face and say to me if he wanted to hear cursing he has teenagers at home that do it that's not my problem I said to him. If you let your teenagers curse that's your business that he needed to go home he was very disrespectful he had nothing to do with the conversation I was talking to someone on my phone. I will never go back to this place I would never recommend anyone to go there and I will tell everyone that I know how the service department is. I have had many issues with his apartment in the past but I still went back. this is the straw that broke the camel's back and I will never go back there again. And I will let others know how disrespectful Tim Whitlow is he has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Getting into a conversation that did not involve him. And for him to come and jump in my face as a customer was total disrespect. The way that Tim Whitlow got in my face until Brooke the manager had to step in and separate him for me that's how close in my face he was I felt threatened I felt like he wanted to fight and I had no choice but to say what I had to say and it was not nice. I am a manager of a business as well and I know customers are not always right but being in a position where I deal with customers on a daily basis we have to deal with very nasty attitude and people just angry for no reason but there's a way to handle it and the way Tim Whitlow handle it was not professional at all More
