New Vehicle Purchase Salesman was awesome. Overall satisfaction was very good but have the following issues... Offered less for trade in on my vehicle than I wanted. Afte Salesman was awesome. Overall satisfaction was very good but have the following issues... Offered less for trade in on my vehicle than I wanted. After having salesperson run my trade in through KBB and NADA the trade in value was higher than what dealership offered. Once we agreed on a deal and the numbers all of a sudden there was an additional $349 "Dealers Fee" which was explained to us as a fee that goes in the dealers pocket... don't know why that's just the way its done. If this fee wasn't renegotiated we would have walked away from the deal. Still have a bad taste over this. We are already paying way too much for a new car and then this stunt is pulled. It sure seemed like every time we negotiated a purchase price "something" always came up that caused the price to escalate. I will remember this when I am ready to trade in my other vehicle. Pay all this money for a car and then to come up with an additional "fee" that goes to the Dealer just because... That's some crappy business. More
