Because of their honesty they ended up saving a lot of money. I can not say enough good things about Brennan. He is young ambitious and very friendly. As a manager myself my advice is to train him well and compensate him accordingly, you want to make sure he sticks around. More

Bad work done on an oil change!! Went in for just an oil change. The plug was not tightened and was leaking oil the air filter was not hooked back up to the engine and the antifreeze Went in for just an oil change. Thankfully I noticed the oil drip about 5 days later and checked everything over with my Husband and he ended up tightening the oil bolt and fixing everything else!! They would have been responsible for replacing a whole new motor, pretty shoddy work for something so simple! Not happy with the service department at all and you can count on my husband calling them and letting them know about it! More

My experience was great... Until after the sale. Customer care after the sale was non existent. I got a notice a few days after I brought my Jeep home, saying I needed to come in with $13 because the Customer care after the sale was non existent. I got a notice a few days after I brought my Jeep home, saying I needed to come in with $13 because they had forgotten to include it. So I did, and gave it to my salesman, Dick. I joked that for as much as I paid, you'd think the $13 could have been paid by the dealership. Dick looked shocked and said if he'd known I would be upset, he would have paid it. Too little too late. It felt petty to me. During the sale, I had signed a paper saying that he had gone over all of the technical set up stuff. He said it was late and I could come in any time to have him show me. I asked when I brought in the $13, but he was too busy. Then a few weeks later the plastic piece around the front wheel well broke and partially fell off. I took it in and the Service dept told me it wasn't covered even though I had purchased the bumper to bumper warranty plan. The service guy said the same thing had happened to the Renegade he had taken home to test drive, but it wasn't covered. It would cost $500 to replace. I went to my salesman, Dick, and expressed my irritation and said I was not paying $500 on a car I had just bought. He said he "would see what he could do." It is several months later and I still have not heard from him. I also asked him at that time to go over Android Auto App with me because I couldn't get the map to display. He disappeared and I left after 15 minutes of waiting. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I am pretty sure it is the last. More

Broke a piece of my shifter They busted the button on my shifter then tried to cover it up by gluing it. I got back in my car only to receive sticky glue all over my hand. I understand things happen and I would've been understanding. But this experience has led me to turn in my Jeep and go back to being a Ford customer. My wife and I will never be Jeep customers again.
