Ok, but could have been better. Been getting my oil changed here for 3 years now. Ever since I purchased the car. This was by far the worst experience I have had there. Usually I wou Been getting my oil changed here for 3 years now. Ever since I purchased the car. This was by far the worst experience I have had there. Usually I would give 4 or 5 stars. I stay at the dealership and wait for it to be done. Normally it's only a half hour or so on a busy day. It took over an hour before I finally went to the service desk to ask what was going on. I was told they only have 2 guys working. I was never checked on or informed it would be a while. When I got there they said they were waiting for it. I was 10 minutes early. Things have been going down hill at the service department for a while now. Needs improvement in communication. More
