The service staff seem competent. However as I was waiting in line to pay for my repairs and pick up my keys a man in the parts area approached the counter and spit. I assume he was chewing and I assume there was a trash can below the counter that he was spitting into but it was gross! The professionalism is lacking. Also the service area could use an overhaul. It looks like a service area being run out of someone’s garage. I guess I expect more from a dealership. More like your competitor Krapohl Ford. More
