Purchased a Radiator assy for a vehicle that hit a deer. My auto had in stock and available. Damage to truck was more severe than first inspection and ended up be a total loss. Tried to return radiator to My auto next day and was charged a $ 60 restock fee. Call several times to speak to a actual person is a challenge and left a message for Paul Miller the parts manager to please call me so I could explain the situation and since it was something they stocked was it fair to charge a restock fee. Will be going to Grand Rapids from now on at least they return your calls. Review would be for the parts department however it is not listed a an option for who I worked with so hence the parts and service director More

Sell your Subaru before warranty runs out. Bad trans problems that seems to happened after 100k miles. costly repair $2500, a common problem. P1710 . Shortly (days) after 12 months warranty on first repair ran out it happened AGAIN. Same parts needed replaced and this My Auto import dealership and Subaru national said past warranty to bad. They wanted another $2500. 13 months and 12k miles and two repairs. Service manager was no help. This was by far the most expensive car to keep on the road Ive ever had. More
