Now I’m not sure about the 5 stars until the problems are resolved the car was promised to be spotless clean inside when I picked it up and it is not even close doesn’t look like it was cleaned at all from my test drive so why would the glass coat be put on a dirty car that service cost a 1000$ also found red paint or nail polish on the roof and windshield as I went over the car more now I’m Not sure it even went on the outside or inside why would that red paint or nail polish be on the car paint before that was service was done??? Also the mark on the rim that needed to be fixed not sure why wasn’t. But the worst is the white air conditioner marks that will not remove I was not told about that’s quite an ugly thing to look at. Why would a 6 month old car have that on air conditioner vents it makes the Audi not look good…I was promised the car to be looking like a brand new car and it looked not even close this needs to be made right for the money that was spent. After looking everything over a reading other reviews I feel like they scammed me out out $1000 that Glasscoat was not put on the car was filthy inside so why would they do it over all the grime and stickiness. You can tell they quick ran the outside through the car wash before I came this is pissing me off. Red paint or nail polish on the roof so why would u put glass coat over another color paint on my car…. This is xxxxxxxx I want a refund for the $1000 I could have paid to have this detailed and no rip-off glass coat that wasn’t put on. I’ve read several other reviews from people paid for the glasscoat and like me there car didn’t get it out on just charged hey Greg and Morgan I don’t give you 5 stars I give you 1 I’d change it to zero until you fix this. I called you both and didn’t get a response about any of it well you got my money so fix the situation
