I started looking at vehicles in 2012, knowing my lease vehicle was due for return in a little over a year. Throughout the year, I conducted some of my own research and spoke with other car dealers. No other salesman at any other dealership could dispute the facts about the safety, resale value, fuel economy, ect. in which Rick had discussed with me. Furthermore when I asked for a comparable vehicle at other dealerships, the salesmen themselves admitted, "You will be very happy with the Forester. Excellent vehicles." They did not have a comparable option. In January 2014, I returned to My Import to start the process of purchasing a new vehicle through Rick. I was informed by Jason Meekhof that Rick was out on leave. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions regarding the Subaru line and financing options. I test drove the Outback and told Jason I would be back closer to my lease turn in date. In February, I returned and Jason introduced me to Austin Gressett to test drive the Forester, which I chose to purchase. I made a security deposit at this time for a Forester to be delivered mid-march and was told I would receive a call when the vehicle was delivered. March 13, Austin called to let me know the vehicle was delivered to the dealership. At this time, we discussed documents I would need to provide at time of sale the next business day. I returned for the final purchase of the vehicle on March 14th and was extremely satisfied with all parties involved from sales to finance. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I left the dealership with my 2014 Subaru Forester within an hour and a half of arrival to the dealership. To say this transaction (which started in fall 2012), was a positive experience is an understatement. Rick, Jason, Austin, Rita (at the customer info desk) and everyone in between were outstanding! I have and will continue to recommend this dealership and these employees to others. Thank you to all at My Import for such a pleasant experience. More
My wife & I were looking for a car that would get great gas mileage & we were told the Toyota hybrids would be a good choice. I contacted My Import in Muskegon Michigan & spoke with Kate . My wife & I talked about the Nissan Leaf but decided that a pure electric car wouldn't meet our needs. We decided to look at the Toyota Prius . The car was what we were looking for & decided it would meet our family needs. We needed to be at a certain payment so we met Dave & he was able to put us in a affordable lease. Starting from the first phone call to the test driving the car to the way we were treated at all times we would highly recommend My Import of Muskegon Michigan. More

Austin never applied any pressure during our buying experience. The Forester was a tough vehicle to obtain new and he was very up front with us on putting a deposit down to try and secure a vehicle. experience. My company Alcoa has a employee purchase program which Austin handled for us. Our first experience with Austin was driving a couple of Outback's and Forester's and he made this experience really easy and when I walked out that day I had not committed to anything but had left my email. Important to me was that he did not start sending me emails daily and pushing a purchase. It has been 14 years since we have bought a new car and part of that reason was I did not want to deal with what I recalled was the pressure of a dealership. Austin made this experience a pleasure. I was very impressed by what I saw of your service department. It was very clean and in order. I was not able to see where the mechanics actually work, but would assume a high level of workmanship. Andre made it very easy to lease my 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport. Andre knew what vehicle I was looking for & the price range I was attempting to meet. We just love Andre, they just don't get any nicer, friendlier, or more knowledgeable then he is. He is all these things without being pushy or aggressive. Andre was very attentive to what our needs were and he and Dave found us the vehicle in the color and options that we wanted. He went above and beyond to get us the best price for our new RAV4. At delivery, he was awesome at showing me all the new-fangled interior gadgets, and even set up my Bluetooth for my cell phone! That was especially important to me. This is our third vehicle to purchase from My Auto, but our first experience with Andre. I have told others looking for a car to go to My Auto. It has the most comfortable atmosphere, especially if you're waiting for an oil change. A variety of magazines to read, or computers/iPads to surf the net. The little snacks, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, bottled water and fountain soda is really nice, too. I also want to add that over the past 5 or 6 years, we have had service done to five different vehicles at My Auto, from oil changes to routine maintenance to purchasing new tires. Mark and his crew are great to deal with. We've been to other dealerships for these same issues, and My Auto has been the best for *everything* from sales to service. We'll definitely be back. Don't know when, since we drive Toyotas! :) More
