Great Service One week after I purchased a used vehicle from My Import, I noticed there were wheel locks on all four wheels...and I was not issued a wheel lock key. One week after I purchased a used vehicle from My Import, I noticed there were wheel locks on all four wheels...and I was not issued a wheel lock key. JP (Jeff Perkins, my sales representative) quickly got me into the Service Department where Frank Siebart (Assistant Service Manager) and Ramsey Alvarez (Parts Specialist) removed the locks and installed replacement lug nuts free of charge. The Service Department waiting room was clean, had comfortable couches and chairs with plenty of magazines and TV...along with complimentary beverages. It is obvious to me that My Import places great attention to detail and in keeping their customers happy. I highly recommend their service. More

Always smiling, and remained in contact and available while waiting for our car to arrive. There was no pressure when we went to test drive one to see if it was right for our family. He showed us the car to see if we had any questions about any features, and then handed us the keys and told us to enjoy it. His communication during the whole process was impressive, and he even let us know if he was out of the office for the day if we had a question, and then would always followup with answers the next day he worked. Delivery was awesome. He obviously knows his product, and was very willing to take as much time as we wanted for questions and showing us features on the car. He paired our cell phones to it, and garage door opener, and showed us how safety systems worked. We live closer to a different Subaru dealership, and Andre was the primary reason we chose to drive to Muskegon for our purchase. We will refer friends and family to him without any concerns, and feel good knowing that they are well cared for. More

Greatest experience OK...... to put my experience in a nutshell. My car battery was replaced at NAPA and the car developed computer problems and it died. Then it came OK...... to put my experience in a nutshell. My car battery was replaced at NAPA and the car developed computer problems and it died. Then it came to life again and then it died again. And again. I live in Chicago and came to this area for one night and was concerned I would not make I home. I called My Import late in the afternoon and was told I would get a call back by the receptionist. I believe she was Karen. She assured me that she would get my issues to the right person and would get a return call. Within five I rec'd a return from Mark. He was concerned about my situation and said he would see what he could do to help me. He called me back and said to bring my car in first thing in the morning. I was not sure the car would get there. When I got there the whole experience was exceptional. From Kevin and Jeremy who worked on the car to the staff that I passed while walking around. EVERYONE said hello. Everyone was nice. I know this does not portray the full detail of my experience, but this place was well run. Nice. Polite. And they didn't charge me for the diagnostics or time. More

I had no time to try out a car, so Jeff Perkins delivered it I had been thinking about replacing my car and I was looking on line. I received a call from Jeff on the morning following an inquiry I made. I told I had been thinking about replacing my car and I was looking on line. I received a call from Jeff on the morning following an inquiry I made. I told him I didn't have time to test drive one until after Labor Day. He delivered the car to me Thursday before a meeting I had to attend and told me to return it when time permitted. Friday morning I returned the car thinking I would think about it later, but Jeff met my price and I drove away with it before noon. Wow. He told me to drop off the title to my trade in when I came to Muskegon again. I have to say that customer service doesn't get any better. More
