He went "over the top" for making us happy with the sale and continued his intervention with a issue we had over a cosmetic problem we discovered after our purchase. I am happy to report that we both a certified used vehicle and the dealership did correct the problem to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. I am sure this was expedited by Jeff's persistence. Listened to what I was looking for and found it. The sales people at My Import listened to me. They found the car, I purchased by listening and continuing to reach out. I first visited My Imports a The sales people at My Import listened to me. They found the car, I purchased by listening and continuing to reach out. I first visited My Imports about 6 months prior to purchasing. I had an Audi A6 S-Line and was thinking of changing to a Q5 or Q7 - more of an SUV. Then I found the SQ5 - which only caused me to keep looking. I started looking for used with low mileage. Jeff was tipped off by my internet action looking for used SQ5s. He did a cold call - e-mail with listing two 2015 SQ5s with low millage that My Import could get for me, not in their inventory. I called him to discuss. Jeff gave me a very detailed explanation as to what goes into a Certified Used Audi - which completely explains why the resale value was so high. I then mentioned to Jeff that I would be interested in new. I told Jeff that I would look at an Q5 S-Line 3.0T - which are difficult to find. Jeff sent me another email the next morning - with pictures of a 2016 that had just come in. It was the color I was looking for - with the interior I was looking for. I made an appointment for that Saturday - and finalized the purchase on the following Tuesday. If Jeff had not kept swinging - reaching out to me - he would not have hit what I consider a win - win situation. I love the Q5 I purchased - no ride like an Audi! More

I took my Nissan Leaf in for it's 2nd Maintence Check-Up this morning and was treated with professional kindness and courtesy all the way from Rita at I took my Nissan Leaf in for it's 2nd Maintence Check-Up this morning and was treated with professional kindness and courtesy all the way from Rita at the the front desk, to Makala the Service Representative. Rita had assisted me in making my appointment and made sure I had everything I needed to be ready for the service appointment. She may be on the front desk, but she had headphones on and she doesn't sit behind that desk..she is up and getting callers connected with the proper salesman for their questions. I watched her work with amazement! Every company should have a Rita! Makala took great pains to make sure I was satisfied and got the correct service I needed. She went above and beyond her duties, especially since it turned out to be a very busy day, and she juggled customers, me, and other service consultants to make sure everything was running on schedule. In fact, she got me in and out ahead of schedule! I highly recommend dealing with her. I highly recommend My Import if you want the best in service for your automobile, and in customer care for yourself or family! More
