Great service center I am a single female in my 60's and they pretty much ignored when I came to buy a car. So I bought a car from another dealer and take my car to My Imp I am a single female in my 60's and they pretty much ignored when I came to buy a car. So I bought a car from another dealer and take my car to My Imports for oil changes. Their oil change department is wonderful. Two weeks ago I went in to have my phone synced. The manager synced it for me but once I left it didn't work. I returned a week later when I had time but I was told no one was available at that and to make an appointment. I needed one after 4:00 because I was teaching and Wednesday was open. On that Wednesday I did not get out of school until 7pm. So today I went in to make another appointment with the Subaru service. They were very busy and I waited for the manager. Another young man came up to the desk and asked if I needed something. I said I needed an appointment to have my phone synced with my car. He said ,"let's take your car outside". We did and in less than a minute he was done!! I asked why I needed an appointment. He said I didn't. He was so helpful, and nice, I will go back to him if I need anything with my car. His name is Jeff Perkins. He works in sales, not service! More

Very positive experience Walked into the dealership torn between a Nissan Rogue or Murano. After I explained that my current car was a 2003 and I was a little behind in car te Walked into the dealership torn between a Nissan Rogue or Murano. After I explained that my current car was a 2003 and I was a little behind in car technically; Jack was very patient explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle based on my personal needs. In the end I purchased the Rogue and could not be happier with it. I greatly appreciated Jacks patience and low...well, really no pressure sales approach. It was such a nice experience that I will probably not wait 13 years to get my next car. Thanks! More

I found a pre owned car I liked on the website, called the dealership and that's when I was introduced to Jeff Perkins , JP was very professional , worked really hard to make me a good deal , and he did, he was always very quick to get back to me while him and I were working out the details, and when I was ready to drive off the lot with my car, he had it sent through the detailers first and filled the gas tank up for me, knowing I lived and hour away , then I drove off the lot in my new car. overall, I feel I got a really good deal . I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking . More

Great Sutained Performance This review is based on two new car purchases and three service department visits in the last thirteen months. I was originally introduced to My Auto This review is based on two new car purchases and three service department visits in the last thirteen months. I was originally introduced to My Auto Import Center through the Subaru corporate website where I had configured a new Outback for purchase. My Auto Import Center was one of four Subaru dealers that responded to my request for a quote from the corporate website referral. The sales experience. Austin Gressett was the sales person who responded on behalf of the dealership. Austin did a great job, was highly responsive, low pressure, and gave me a great quote which was several hundred dollars lower than the other two dealerships. (I eliminated one of the four dealerships that responded to my quote request due to poor reviews of their service department on this website.) When Austin said he would do something, he did it. Both cars were factory ordered and Austin was proactive in keeping me informed of planned build dates and expected delivery dates. I was so pleased with Austin’s work that I purchased a second new Subaru from him seven months later. During the two new vehicle purchases I also worked with Bill Ferry and Jimmy Groesbeck. All of them made the new vehicle purchase experience very enjoyable, twice! You all deserve a thank you and recognition for providing a very favorable purchase experience and a job well done. The service department experience. I’ve been to the service department three times now. Byrd Harderman was the service writer who helped with oil changes and Frank Siebart helped with a software update (recall item) for the EyeSight collision avoidance system. Both men were friendly, courteous, and responsive. They both took the time to explain the work, be sure I understood what they were doing, and be sure I was satisfied with the results. General impressions of the dealership. Since I bought the new cars largely over the phone and internet, I did not spend much time in the actual showroom. For the last oil change I decided to wait in the showroom and listen and watch their staff interaction with customers. In the 30 minutes I walked around looking at cars, I was approached three times by courteous staff members. The attendant in the service department waiting area asked me twice if I wanted a coffee refill. It is obvious the dealership staff has a conscious plan in place to be customer responsive and provide a favorable customer experience. To a person, everyone I encountered projected that desire. The facilities are clean, orderly, and well maintained. It’s obvious that, as a team, these people are working hard to keep customers coming back. I decided to write this review to acknowledge what saw and give them the recognition they deserve for their work. Unfortunately I didn’t think to get everyone’s name who I encountered so I could include their names in this review but, to a person, their engagement in their work is obvious. More

It's The Best By Far-Consistently Impressive! This dealership is amazing. The integrity and quality of staff is one aspect that always impresses me. Also their positive attitudes, can do ones, and consistent superior service. I have been a customer there for a very long time and wouldn't consider any other place. The owner has an outstanding reputation and the place is enjoyable to spend time there while I get my vehicles serviced. I have known staff that have left but comeback because of the honesty and integrity of this business. They make you feel welcome and have the coffee on, computers for your use, comfortable leather furniture and a fire place for your short wait times. They are reasonable about pricing too. Their recommendations when asked have served me perfectively always. You can feel comfortable about contacting staff with any questions or drop in too. This is an incredible place. I just purchased yet another Subaru Outback from them and they went out of their way to get one as quickly as possible and took care of all the details getting everything ready for my signatures and final decisions, something I have learned I can always depend on from them.
