I went to MyAuto Imports to look for a subaru and felt no pressure. I felt like I was in a good environment where they were also looking out for my best interest, not just making a profit on the most expensive car. I ended up being able to get my first brand new car, which I never thought would happen. I actually drove 1.5 hours to get my car from this dealership and would do so again in the future. Painless experience After doing our research and test driving vehicles for 5 months, we decided that we wanted to test drive a turbo model before making the decision to b After doing our research and test driving vehicles for 5 months, we decided that we wanted to test drive a turbo model before making the decision to buy it. Our local dealer didn't have any and wouldn't get one without a deposit but they did give us the name of My Import. So on a snowy Saturday, we made the 2+ hour treck. From the moment we walked in the door, we were very impressed. They had 3 different versions of the vehicle we wanted to test drive, not to mention an impressive selection of other vehicles. We went in there with the intention of bringing our business back to our local area but no only did My Import come in with a price a few thousand under what our local dealer offered, they also have that terrific lifetime power train warranty. Andre was great in that he wasn't over bearing and pressuring us, answered all our questions and was able to give us what we wanted without us even having to haggle. It made the experience of buying a new vehicle the pleasing experience it should be! Thanks Andre! More

After doing a bit of online research, we realized there were three cars we wanted to check out, and so made the trip to My Import. We were so fortunate to have Jack some out and greet us. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, suggested some auto solutions, showed us each, and listened carefully to our comments and concerns, each time offering his excellent advice. He was never in a hurry. He did not seem anxious to have us choose one or another auto. He seemed honestly interested in finding the best car that would meet our stated needs. AND when we decided which car, he helped us locate one with our color preference within our time line of 2 days...We can't thank him and the dealership enough. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I am assuming he can be like this because he has a great dealership behind him. More
