Pleased with excellent sales staff. Austin Gressett and Laura Lyons were excellent to work with. We test drove several vehicles of various brands over the course of 2 days at this dealership. Everyone (and especially the sales people) we dealt with were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. We received a reasonable price right from the get go. The only issue we had was with the wait for the paperwork to be processed which took about 2 hours, however the staff was very apologetic. And the dealership has a nice beverage center available for everyone, massage chairs, clean restrooms, tv, games, plenty of comfortable seating. So far we are very pleased with our experience. More

Love my new Kia! I live in Chicago and hadn't owned a car in 7 years but Jack was able to help me navigate the process and it all went very smoothly. After test driving a few other models at other dealerships, my Kia showed up in an online search and my parents and I headed over to check it out. A quick test drive and a few questions later and I decided it was THE ONE for me, From there, Jack and I were able to knock out all the paperwork and the payment in no time flat. I had a budget that I assume was lower than most of their customers (I don't think they usually deal Kias, I am guessing it was a trade in?) and I appreciated that Jack still took his time with me. Jack was friendly and handled my dad's cheesy jokes with class. :) They had the car cleaned and gassed up before I left and I was on my way! Two things to note-- (1) They tried to push their financing a bit too hard. I had already arranged for a loan with my credit union (I had a check with me) and I knew they would never beat my % but I agreed to let them try because they were so insistent. I ended up getting turned down by every bank they inquired with (and therefore received multiple letters in the mail after all of this) because I was an out of state resident so I wish they had just acknowledged that and let it go from the start. (2) My dad followed me home and we discovered that my right taillight was out. :( I had to make a trip to Auto Zone the very next day after buying the car and even though it was something minor, it was still an inconvenience and something I wish they had caught during the inspection they claimed to do on the car. Overall neither of those things would stop me from buying a car there again but I think they're worth mentioning. More
