We had looked at Lexus, BMW, Acura, Toyota, Honda and Ford. Whew! And the past twenty years our auto purchases where Lexus and Honda exclusively. Andre's professionalism and the superior and reliable Forester convinced us to put our out-of-town concerns aside and the risk of changing from Lexus and Honda. I like the way Andre' takes the ball and runs with it, rather than talking with four or five people. For the time being, I would put this Dealership in the class of Lexus. More

Best Dealership I have ever dealt with. We came to My Import Auto to get my husband's Toyota Highlander serviced. We decided to walk the used lot while waiting. We were in NO way in the market for another vehicle. I found a vehicle that I really liked but not in the market to buy. After thinking about this for awhile, I decided to take the car for a test drive. Needless to say, I fell in love with this car. Jordan Nye was my salesman and he was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. By the time our service was finished, I was abler to drive home with my new 4-Runner. Although the sale is over, if I need any assistance or have questions Jordan said I could call him and he would get me what I need. This dealership on the whole is wonderful. The facility is very clean and organized. All the salespeople as well as support staff are friendly and easy to work with. You will get greeted as you enter the facility by more than one person. I would definitely say this is the best dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. More

Be up front and honest! Drove 45 miles to look at a used vehicle for my son, only to find out that it's at another lot, not too far away, but inconvenient. My problem was when I asked about the car, they said, oh, the turbo is blown on that car, that's why the price is low. Doesn't say anything about that in the online listing. General Manager was rude, and because of that, we won't purchase anything from them, ever. More
