Exceptional Experience Although we had to drive from South Haven to Muskegon, we found the car buying experience to be exceptional. Andre gave us a price before we arrived and did not change it - surprising that there was no "bait and switch" after we got to the dealership. Andre kept his word and delivered. We closed the deal feeling very positive. This was after 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night! Even though Friday was supposed to be Andre's day off, he never gave us the feeling that he wanted to get out of the showroom. In fact, he closed three sales during the time we were at the dealership. Bravo!! When we picked up the car on Saturday, we were impressed by the careful review of the features, that the young lady (sorry I don't recall her name, possibly Katie), made sure we understood all the safety features and even synced our cell phones and set up our favorite contacts and audio stations. So far, I love the car and would highly recommend your dealership. I expect we will even make the trip for service. We had looked at Lexus, BMW, Acura, Toyota, Honda and Ford. Whew! And the past twenty years our auto purchases where Lexus and Honda exclusively. Andre's professionalism and the superior and reliable Forester convinced us to put our out-of-town concerns aside and the risk of changing from Lexus and Honda. I like the way Andre' takes the ball and runs with it, rather than talking with four or five people. For the time being, I would put this Dealership in the class of Lexus. More
