Great Experience, Great Vehicle I came in one morning to check out a used vehicle I found over the internet at the dealership and was greeted by Rob. We sat down and spoke about the vehicle I had noticed and he wasn't even aware they had it, so he called around to the other lots owned by My Auto and was able to locate it and drove me down to see it. The same morning, I had an appointment to get a tooth pulled. Rob was super accommodating and allowed me to take the vehicle and drive it around for the morning/afternoon so that way the other appointments I had in the day wouldn't interfere with the opportunity to purchase the vehicle if I liked it. I was totally blown away by the kindness and flexibility that was shown to me, and when I returned in the afternoon after having the vehicle inspected, we worked out a deal on the vehicle and he walked me through the process of everything that needed to be changed (since it had been the first time I had purchased a vehicle in over 10 years). I would absolutely recommend working with Rob and My Auto Import if in search of a vehicle. I had a tooth pulled earlier in the day, but working with Rob and the others at My Auto Import was anything but another painful experience. Super professional, super helpful, super easy, and everyone there I dealt with had a "customer first" attitude which made the experience that much more enjoyable. More

Exceptional Experience Although we had to drive from South Haven to Muskegon, we found the car buying experience to be exceptional. Andre gave us a price before we arrived and did not change it - surprising that there was no "bait and switch" after we got to the dealership. Andre kept his word and delivered. We closed the deal feeling very positive. This was after 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night! Even though Friday was supposed to be Andre's day off, he never gave us the feeling that he wanted to get out of the showroom. In fact, he closed three sales during the time we were at the dealership. Bravo!! When we picked up the car on Saturday, we were impressed by the careful review of the features, that the young lady (sorry I don't recall her name, possibly Katie), made sure we understood all the safety features and even synced our cell phones and set up our favorite contacts and audio stations.
