Easy, painless experience! I was only looking for a car the day we chose to check out My Auto. Rob came out and greeted us and asked if there was anything he could do for us. We knew what we wanted to look at so he brought us the keys and let us take her for a spin. After talking at Robs desk for a while - we ended up trading my car in for the 2012 Ford Focus. He helped me get the most for my car and into my new car as quick as he could. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable all while being busy helping others.
