He answered all my questions, tried to find a preferred color but in the end, I am very happy with the color I received. The entire experience was very smooth, no drama, no high pressure tactics. My husband was especially impressed with the warranty offered by dealership. Our car is receiving a special interior and exterior protection treatment and so we took the car in today for that treatment. Our interaction with service department has been excellent as well. More

Extremely helpful We stopped by My Auto in need of finding a vehicle for our daughter who was in a car accident the day prior which totaled out her vehicle. We did not have a "specific" car in mind, but drove four different cars from the used lot before going with a 2013 Nissan Altima. Rob was extremely helpful in this process. Rob talked about the specifics of each vehicle but did not attempt to "push" us in any one direction. In the end, Rob was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. This is our second vehicle purchase from My Auto, we bought a new 2015 Nissan (Murano) last year around the same time. I can see us purchasing more vehicles in the future and would seek Rob out to assist us in the process when doing so.
