As we were looking at the new Foresters a gentleman came walking up to us and asked if we had any questions. Surprised that someone was working at the dealership, we talked and he gave us all the info we needed on the Foresters. Come to find out he was on the Maintenance crew and went out of his way to politely approach us and offer assistance. Awesome! We were sold on this Dealership from that point. Started dealing with Andre that next Tuesday and felt Zero pressure to buy. He was very personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We bout our first Subaru that next week. Mr. Coffee does not stop working for the customer when they walk out the door. More

The experience with the finance person was not as good. He was rushing threw the paperwork saying he had customers stacked up. He did not take any time to explain things, just kept shoving papers at me to sign. I did not like the sales pitch to purchase services such as simonizing after the price had already been set. Per internet reviews this additional service is not worth the price at all. Andre did a great job going over the car features before I left and that was really helpful. More

Second car in eight months Our last Subaru Outback Touring became a candidate for one of your commercials. A total loss in a wreck but my wife walked away without a scratch. Needless to say we weren't in the market for anything else as a replacement. Just like the first time around, Andre negotiated our deal via emails, and we were done within an hour. Picked it up the next day, signing paperwork within an hour with no hassle whatsoever.
