Rob Gould asked if he could help me find the kind of car I was looking for. I had been looking at Subaru Outbacks but didn't know much about them. Rob was most helpful and let Ed and I drive one around the lot, which helped us decide right away. Finally Ed could stretch out his long legs comfortably!
