Highly recommend Roy I visited the import center 2 times within the span or a week and my visits were polar opposites. The first time I knew what car I wanted and Roy was I visited the import center 2 times within the span or a week and my visits were polar opposites. The first time I knew what car I wanted and Roy was helping see to that, but a different Salesman named Shawn came to see if he could help push the deal through. Shawn was not a good example of customer service, within the span of 20 minutes he managed to insult me and make me not want the car. But Roy reached out to me after and changed my mind, because he knew I wanted the car very badly. He made it happen. He is the perfect example of what customer service should be. I highly recommend Roy to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and know exactly what is going on through the whole process of buying a car. He kept me in the loop and I knew where I standing the whole time through the loan process to even moving my belongings from my old car to my new one. So thank you Roy. You’re great! More
