Excellent experience AGAIN! He listened intently and immediately suggested that I absolutely should drive one! We test drove and learned even more about the car! Todd had mentioned that the thought of going new had some very significant positives, especially related to interest rates and additional value of drive train extended service offered by My Import Auto, and he quickly got our car appraised. We discussed the overall financials and quickly settled on what I felt was an excellent deal. Todd was kind, patient and did not apply any pressure. The entire experience was great!! This is our second vehicle that we have gotten at My Import. We will, without question, be back, and highly recommend both My Import and Todd Klein! More
