Great Customer Service! Last Friday night, my Audi Q5 stalled out so I had to get it towed to My Imports. I sent an email to Mickala about 9:00pm to let her know that the ca Last Friday night, my Audi Q5 stalled out so I had to get it towed to My Imports. I sent an email to Mickala about 9:00pm to let her know that the car would be there and asking if she could get it scheduled for service. To my surprise and appreciation, Mickala texted me back that same night to let me know she received my email and to arrange to meet me early Saturday morning to get a loaner car (even though Saturday was her day off). Many thanks to Mickala! Great job! More
