Excellent Service! I traded a 2010 vehicle (that I still owed money on) in for a 2018 Rav 4. I did not feel any pressure. He could have easily sold us the “top-of-the-line,” Toyota Sienna, but he did not. He thought the xle premium would fit all our needs and after test driving it, it seems to do just that.
