They help me in 4 days over the phone through text or calls. I drove three hour to my auto imports from Romulus Michigan to Muskegon Michigan because these guys make me feel that it was worth it and when I got there he truly was, everything was ready from the time I pulled into the lot. The vehicle was parked at the door, waiting for me. I test drove it and I was very happy with Al Webb, Al is the man he stayed in contact with me for three days until the vehicle was signed, sealed, and delivered. My Auto isn't pushy, just down right good people. Now it's 2018 and buying the wife a car/ needed an oil change on the truck. Test drove a limited platinum Highlander and loved it ended up purchasing the Highlander. Sales was very professional and worked on getting you what you want. I plan on purchasing all my new Toyotas/vehicles from My Auto in the future. More
