Regan Taylor provided his exceptional customer service AGAIN (we purchased a 2018 Camry for my wife back in October from Regan). This 2006 Tundra makes the 4th Toyota I’ve owned (all purchased from MyAuto) and I know I will be back for another Toyota one of these days down the road when the need arises. I only hope Regan is still at MyAuto when that time comes. Every experience I have at this dealership exceeds my expectations. Their sales team is THE BEST and the service team makes sure they get it right and have me leaving with a smile on my face. I did cancel the order, and, when the vehicle came in much sooner than expected the dealer contacted me and we renegotiated the sale price of the vehicle with additional compensation for the frustration I endured over the delayed delivery. The salesperson treated me with respect and was very patient, answering all my questions and following up with me throughout the sale, including an after sales phone call to check if all was as expected and asked if I had any other questions. He also reminded me to stop by any time and they would review all the technical details and answer questions I might have. More
