With very few 2018 Legacy’s available, she found one for me with the options and exterior color that I requested. Time was a factor as my 2013 Legacy was totaled when my husband and I hit a deer. Katie is very knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells and financing. She was good at communication and upfront about availability of the vehicles I chose to test drive. On the day my car was delivered, she provided a tutorial on the navigation system and the electronics and concluded the instructions with the invitation to contact her with any further questions. Working with Katie was a great experience. More

I think, however, that whoever washes vehicles after service could do a better job. That's I'm really very happy with the service I get from Myimport. I can't imagine anyone doing a more thorough job in selling the benefits of having a Subaru than him.
