was very unhappy this time. did usual free oil change and tire rotation. I asked for wiper blades also. After sitting for 45 mins. they came with very dirty filters which cost a did usual free oil change and tire rotation. I asked for wiper blades also. After sitting for 45 mins. they came with very dirty filters which cost an extra 50 bucks. so i pay, leave the building and i dont have new wiper blades. So go back and tell them wheres my wiper blades i ordered? oh im sorry, we didnt give the order to the mechanic and then charged me 35 more dollars for the blades. it ended up being way more than i had counted on spending and it took almost two hours. not happy More

I just moved to the area from Farmington. My preferred repair shop down that way was Fox Volkswagen in Rochester Hills. Before that, it was Williams Automotive Lansing. Trust is huge for me.
