Major Bait and Lies... Misrepresentation Online I found the car I wanted as Muzi Chevy as it was advertised publicly on the Internet. I called, verified the cost and price and put a deposit. I told I found the car I wanted as Muzi Chevy as it was advertised publicly on the Internet. I called, verified the cost and price and put a deposit. I told them I would be up the following day. When I showed the Sales Manager Scott took me and my wife in an office and told us they had made a terrible mistake, even with the deposit, "He could not sell the car for what they advertised. They had made a mistake 48 hours before and were very sorry." To my dismay I asked him simply, if you realized there was a mistake why did you not call me so I did not travel over 80 miles to finish the deal on the car? He made up a bs story saying.. I just began here 12/2019 and I have to fix the staff and problems.. He offered no deal, no compensation for our time and travel nor anything but... I'm Sorry.. It was total BS and I felt bad for the Muzzi Family and Chief Executive Officer Neal Cammarano. What a terrible experience!! More

Terrific job & service My wife and daughter stopped in briefly (they had only about 15 minutes to spare) to just look at some used Ford Escapes, and Paul was gracious enough My wife and daughter stopped in briefly (they had only about 15 minutes to spare) to just look at some used Ford Escapes, and Paul was gracious enough to show them where the used Escapes were, and then gave them the room they needed to look and think about the vehicles with no pressure. That left such a good impression (and made looking at those vehicles such a positive experience), that we were back several days later for a test drive, and an eventual purchase. Paul was terrific and helpful throughout, as well as the rest of the Muzi team (Paul even had a nice, red bow affixed to the car to make the pick-up of the car a real treat!). More
