Especiall excellent - fair, understanding and a very warm welcome. I felt comfortable dealing with them. They always shown concern towards my needs. Especially Bill Glidden - I like to thank him the most for helping me get this car. On the service side: Chevrolet Service Advisor - Michael DeAngelis was just great - he helped inform me a better understanding about this car's operations and performances. Micheal was very well detail on the technical aspect towards this car. Michael's information was very helpful. I just like to say that Muzi Chevrolet was absolutely great to deal with in buying a used car. I'm sure there were more people who assited these three people but I only dealt with these three only. I really like to thank Bill, Brian, and Michael for all thier help and services. More
Bill Glidden and his team are magnificent. Bill was super easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and best of all Honest. He was a pleasure to deal with and though I hope to not have to buy a new car anytime soon if I do it will be with Bill and his team at Muzi. I would recommend Bill & Muzi Chevrolet to anyone without hesitation. More
When my wife suggested I contact Muzi Chevrolet to price out a new truck for hauling our House Trailer I was less than willing. I had such a bad experience with Muzi Ford and my Torino wagon that I was set out a new truck for hauling our House Trailer I was less than willing. I had such a bad experience with Muzi Ford and my Torino wagon that I was set against ever going there again. She won out, and as a result, we won out. The Salesman, Tom Wilson, was friendly, knowledgable, and downright low pressure. I reviewed The requirements necessary for pulling our trailer and he went to work filling them. After a short time he came up with a truck that was on his lot that fitted our needs without breaking our wallet. We purchased the truck and are very pleased with the deal and the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership for a good place to start. More

I want to give this dealership wicked kudos… 2 days before leaving on a cross country journey my Toyota Tacoma frame rotted out. I thought my trip was over before it started. I went to Muzi Chevrolet before leaving on a cross country journey my Toyota Tacoma frame rotted out. I thought my trip was over before it started. I went to Muzi Chevrolet and Spoke with Bill Gordon in sales, who managed to get exactly what I needed and more for the price range that I had. Every person at the dealership went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied, I bought a new to me 2003 Chevy Silverado. That would normally be the end but they even went the xtra mile when I had to call them today because While in Colorado, I needed to get my spare tire off. Turns out the whole winch assembly was rusted and unable to release my spare. I managed to get the whole assembly off with the help of my Father. I called Joe in the parts dept and related the situation. Within 5 minutes Joe and Bill got back to me with the great news that they would ship a whole new assembly to me in Colorado. I can not say enough about these people or this dealership. I know that where ever I am in the country I will always go back to Muzi!!! Always!!! More
I tried to work with Muzi to service my '01 Suburban two separate times. Both times I felt like I was being ripped off and manipulated. The last time I was there they changed my battery even though I'd to separate times. Both times I felt like I was being ripped off and manipulated. The last time I was there they changed my battery even though I'd told them not to and tried to charge me for it. I told them no and they tried to force me saying that they couldn't replace my old battery because "they'd already thrown it out"! I was so put off by this service department that I wrote a letter to Chevrolet in Detroit and said they should revoke Muzi's dealership! Don't go here! Drive a little further down the road to Herb Connolly Chevrolet on the Natick/Framingham border and ask for Jay or Justin. I promise that you will not regret it! More
I came in to the body shop for an insurance appraisal. Once Joe in service completed my appraisal, he proceeded to lie to my face about my obligation to have the work done there. He stated--falsely--that "the way the program works" is that if I get an appraisal done at the shop, I was "required" to get the work done there as well. I confirmed that this was false with my insurance company twice--once before the appointment, again after. I will concede the possibility that Joe and the rest of the body shop is misinformed, but for him to be so confident that I was wrong (and he was right) was inexcusable. More
went to muzi chevrolet in october 04 to check out new corvette. they had one on show room floor that was locked. Asked sales person if I could sit in it. Was refused and told they did not want to wear le corvette. they had one on show room floor that was locked. Asked sales person if I could sit in it. Was refused and told they did not want to wear leather out. I was dressed with nice clothes on. I told the sales person that if I paid 50.000 for a car i should not be worried that the leather was going to get worn out. I left show room and went to get into my BMW z3 coupe and the salesmen said "oh ok I think you can sit in the car" I told him he could keep his car. two weeks later I bought a Z4. He must have thought I was a tire kicker or could not afford the car. But he lost the sale with me. More
