The service department at Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM 15160 US-301 is A+ 5 star. This is by far the best service department I have ever dealt with out of any car deal service department. Friendly RAM 15160 US-301 is A+ 5 star. This is by far the best service department I have ever dealt with out of any car deal service department. Friendly staff, fair prices, very thorough, they do it right the first time. Robert Mathews in the service department is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. Liars and thieves I was first ripped off by hunter mia when buying my jeep, and then at only 23,000 miles was told I need new new tires on the front of my jk, because I was first ripped off by hunter mia when buying my jeep, and then at only 23,000 miles was told I need new new tires on the front of my jk, because my tires were not rotated when it was serviced and they cupped ,the service department Manger told me I was responsible for rotation of my tires on a new vehicle with a warranty, I've called several dealerships and asked about tire rotation on jks they all said it's part of service package, including murray dodge when I called a salesman and pretended to be buying a new jeep, so I was either lied to then or now More
