We brought in a vehicle for a warranty repair as the transmission was not shifting properly. Lack of communication, poor professionalism, and even after reaching out to the service department manager, i transmission was not shifting properly. Refused to follow any directions and caused more issues when picking up truck. Will not be returning. More

The only thing they proposed to me is that I convert the truck into a new one, taking a loss of more than twenty thousand dollars, so they will sell my chronically defective truck to someone else and hope that someone else doesn't complain. . Be careful, analyze the vehicle carefully before purchasing from this dealer. More
