(Initially we had a brief experience with one sales associate that didn't seem motivated or interested unless we were buying that day, overall I felt he was the odd man out as everyone else was helpful and courteous.) I have only had the vehicle a few days but the experience so far has been very positive. The last vehicle I bought I don't believe I got a follow up phone call from anyone. I have received at least 2 follow up phone calls on this purchase from Mungenast with offers to help with anything I might need. I hope the service continues.
