He didn't start out showing us every feature of the car and instead listed and identified what was important to us, which was an efficient use of our time. Additionally, he is extremely knowledgeable about the various models (we were debating between various RDX models as well as the MDX). Once we decided on the RDX, he was able to help us think through which model was best for us, and he was not pushing the most expensive model but instead was thinking about what really suited our needs. Overall, a very, very enjoyable experience with Terry, and I would recommend him to anyone. More
