Todd and the entire crew at St. Louis Acura were up-front and courteous throughout the entire purchase process. Todd even had our finance person, Ross, come out and talk with us to explain the add-ons BEFOR and courteous throughout the entire purchase process. From the moment we first walked into St. Louis Aura my wife and I knew this dealership had a wonderful, professional, and friendly staff. Their sales person, Ty Eaton, was very knowledgeable and very cus wife and I knew this dealership had a wonderful, professional, and friendly staff. Their sales person, Ty Eaton, was very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to walk us around to cars on the lot to show us options that were not on the Acura MDX that was on the showroom floor ... we were considering the Tech Advamce model with sport running boards, silver roof rack, wood grain steering wheel, and body side molding. After seeing what we needed to see, we went inside to get pricing. Their price seemed fair so we went ahead and ordered a red MDX with the Tech Advance Package, tan interior, and the dealer installed options we wanted. We had to order this car as this combination is somewhat rare. We were naturally excited about getting this vehicle, so Ty Eaton went the extra mile and called us every Wednesday with an update of its status as far as assemby date and then shipping date. Well, that date came quickly and we went to the dealer yesterday, and met with their finance manger, Josh Brett. Josh, too, was a refreshing gentleman to deal with. He went through all the paperwork in a way we could easily understand and presented some other options for us to consider like extended warranty, paint protection, and dent/ding protection. At no time was he even the slightest bit pushy, but instead presented everything so my wife and I could make an informed decision. Since we keep our cars a longer time than most, we purchased all these options and were impressed in particular by the dent/ding coverage they offered. Finally, Meredith Chaney did an absolute wonderful job of showing my wife and I all the controls and, most importantly, the technological features of this vehicle ... Meredith was obviously very techy, but she explained everything in simple language that we could understand. She made us even more excited about having choosen this vehicle and the options that we did. We absolutely love everything about our new, Acura MDX with the Tech Advance package ... and we love the dark red exterior with its tan interior. Fair price, excellent service. My wife insisted on a black/black MDX. They sold the one they had but found another quickly.
