I called the dealership and spoke with a lovely young lady by the name of Hilary yowell and she gave me exact directions and even stayed on the phone with me to make sure I arrived safely! I brought my TSX in for scheduled maintenance. Jonathan took the time to review what would be done as part of the scheduled maintenance. He kept me updated on status throughout the day.
