He is quick to ask about how everyone in the family is doing when ever we come in for maintenance, and whenever something happens Mr. Luedloff is quick to respond with any questions or concerns we have about our vehicles. Even when we we are out of town and have car troubles we can call John and see what his suggestions would be and where we should take our vehicle to get it fixed. We have never had any issues that couldn't be resolved and I believe that John was a major factor of this. If I could give him a 6th star then I absolutely would!!!
