Really Happy I had a great experience buying a car at Mungenast St. Louis, Acura. It started off with me explaining my current situation and getting recommendations. I was offered a number of options each stating the pros and cons. When it came to deciding, I really appreciate that the recommendations were not necessarily the most expensive ones. It was clearly explained to me why this would work against the other without necessarily forcing me to go a particular direction. Overall the selection process was fantastic. I put 4 stars instead of 5 as when I had already confirmed to buy the car and take care of the paperwork I felt like I was the one coordinating between the credit union and the dealership. To be fair I did not know if the issue was coming from the credit union or the dealership but my point is that I shouldn't be the one being pressured/stressed to have the other provide documents. It was still extremely fast but could have been better. We all live busy lives :) Shout out to Rick Brennan. He is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. More

First I went to Frank Leta Acura. They were very professional,well mannered,but were totally not up front about the deal. After Leta Acura I went to Mungenast St. Louis Acura, where sales Terry Kuelker assisted me. I felt everyone was up front about the deal. I realize that all auto dealers are in business to make money, but Mungenast Acura was the closest to the numbers that I researched. Terry Kuelker and Tim(finance) , were both well manneded and professional.
