Patient, Atentive, and VERY Honest!!! I found a 2013 Nissan Maxima at Mungenast Acura online about a week ago, and visited their location to get a better look at it. Andrew introduced hims I found a 2013 Nissan Maxima at Mungenast Acura online about a week ago, and visited their location to get a better look at it. Andrew introduced himself and gave me the keys to it and let me be. He wasn't pushy. He didn't follow me around like most salesman do. He came back about 20 minutes later and asked me my opinion. He answered every question I had, and if he didn't know it personally, he made sure to find out. At the time of my visit, I couldn't get the vehicle, but my amazing salesman Andrew made sure to keep me in the loop and let me know whether or not it was still available. When I finally had the ability to come purchase it, both Andrew and Todd made it the least stressful experience in car buying I've ever had. There was a small snag with the financial part of it, but they both assured me it would be ok....even if I couldn't get the car. Eventually they worked out the kinks and now I can proudly say I am the owner of a very beautiful, safe, and well maintained car that I can take pride in driving. I have purchased my fair share of vehicles, dealing with many different companies and salesman, but Mungenast tops the cake of the most honest, dedicated, and patient group of people I've ever met. Thank you Andrew and Todd, for changing my views on car buying!!! I'll never go anywhere else!!! More

Also experience with Sales Manager and Finance Mananger were positive. I keep buying Acuras from Mungenast because of the "excellent service department". They are a friendly, knowledgeable staff. All of them!!!! From the time you drive into the bay till you pick up your car, you are treated with kindness, understanding and professionalism. Most of all, I trust what they are telling me about my vehicle!!!! I work primarily with John Luedloff( service) these last several years. With his guidance/recommendations my 2001 MDX stayed in good working condition as well as my 2010 RDX.
