She had the car waiting for me when I arrived perfectly cleaned and filled with gas ready to go. They paired my phone for me and made sure I knew everything about the car while they got the papers ready to go. I signed the papers and they got me on my way! I cannot thank you enough for making buying a car a joyful experience for me! Like I said I am not a big car person I just like to have a car that runs good to get me from point A to point B but I do love my Acura! And I truly believe that having a great sales experience for the first time in my life made me like it ever more! Bill knows the product and is not one of these high pressure guys I cannot deal with. We reached out to other dealers but it was soon clear we would get the best deal at Mungenast Acura. We are about 100 miles from the nearest Acura dealer, but have owned no other brand since 1989 - 8 new Acuras in all. We looked at other brands, but they just do not measure up for value and quality. One of our neighbors is an Acura owner and had told me the best deals were at Mungenast Acura. We went to St. Louis to make a purchase and thanks to Bill the deal was completed in less than an hour after a demo drive. The closing went smoothly too. All dealers market the insurance and additional services, but the closer was also not high pressure and explained the products very well. More
