I have returned for my 8th purchase because of the superb service and the professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff of the dealership. I was greeted very warmly but never pressured in any way. Becky Kroupa was my sales person. She was very knowledgeable and sensitive. I enjoyed working with her. Nancy Saputo was very patient in informing us of the options and the technology that the car offers. She walked us through syncing of the phone, getting navigation assistance and the use of the manuals. She was very kind and professional Mike Baek was outstanding in working with us getting the financing. I had never leased but Mike walked us through the benefits of leasing. He made us feel comfortable and never pressured. Making this purchase was such a pleasant experience. I will highly recommend the dealership and especially the personal service rendered to us. Fred Darby has helped us in years past and has always assisted us in so many ways down through the years in the purchase of each car. I give the dealership and the employees an excellent rating and will recommend them without any reservation. More

But at that time we weren't sure of which vehicle to purchase, but Nate was very patient with us and not pushy. Recently we purchased a Lexus SUV and Nate was great to work with as always. He made the entire process smooth and simple, which is why if we ever purchase another Lexus vehicle again (which we will), we will definitely ask for Nate! Overall, we had a brilliant experience buying our new Lexus SUV from Mungenast. Whatever it is that consumes our day, we can all identify with being short on time, which contributes to the already stressful experience of making a big purchase. Why would any of this information matter, you may be pondering? Simply put, the entire experience I've had at Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis, which spanned over a week (due to my schedule) was nothing short of professional, friendly, expedient, competitive, informative, and genuine. The dealership commands a prestigious atmosphere that provides a feeling of welcome and comfort that feels authentic, an impression that didn't come across contrived or crafted. The attentive, and patient service of Donna Zecher, Mike Baek and Joel Habermehl specifically, to include everyone else I interacted with, were beyond measure in every way. Not only was I catered to above and beyond what was necessary, but I was treated like royalty. More that a person. An individual of value, worthy of emotional connection inter-personally, rather than just with the product, cultivating a lasting rapport. Such care, unfortunately is not common in this day and age, and are definitely not the sentiments one generally associates with that of the typical dealership. The team here is doing amazing things, and I will not only be purchasing here again, but would highly encourage anyone in the market for a vehicle to seriously consider a visit. -Brandon More

From the time we arrived at Mungenast until our purchase was final, we were warmly greeted, treated with respect, given time to discuss options, and thoroughly explained the lease process. It was truly a wonderful experience. Joel Habermehl is very professional, knowledgeable, and he just made this a great experience. I greatly appreciated that because most dealerships you leave feeling overwhelmed and pressured. This was not the case at all. We would also like to comment on the professionalism of Mike Baek. He did a fantastic job with explaining the finance process to us. We felt very comfortable during this part of the process. Joel and Mike really hit it out of the park with us. They were very professional, but they are two characters! Laughing and joking was great therapy knowing we were leasing such an expensive and luxurious vehicle. I can't recall everyone's name, but you have a wonderful climate and a great group of people. We decided to have stripes put on our new ES 350 to compliment the Atomic Silver, Susan took care of that for us. We leased the vehicle on Tuesday and by Wednesday it was complete. Most places would have taken half a day if not longer along with a wait period to even get the vehicle in. Donna really knows her "stuff" about all the gadgets in the ES 350. Although we weren't able to get all of the "bells and whistles", it was nice to have someone sit with us, inside of the car and show us first hand how to operate the vehicle. Again, thank you for a wonderful experience. We did lease the ES 350 so I'm looking forward to doing business again in the near future.
