I originally walked away unimpressed with the stereo of the car, but when I came back, Brendan made sure to fix the issue and show me the true experience. Matt Viero worked diligently to get me the price to match other dealers. That guy saved me a 500+ mile trip. He also worked past business hours to make sure I had an awesome car to drive on a beautiful weekend. Mike Baek was outstanding. He made sure to explain every detail of financing the car. Even after store closing, he was patient and helped me look at every option available. We told him we were just looking to start and he said if we see something we like just let him know. No pressure, no following us around. We found 3 and Nate lined them up and pointed out subtle differences and dealer add ons with each vehicle. Having made what we thought was our choice we saw one in the showroom we really liked. Nate pointed out the special dealer add ons on the showroom model. He then proceeded to go to bat for us and got us a tremendous deal on the showroom model. Nate Hopson is the best. If Toyota Motor Co. were ever to ask for my advise, I would tell them that they should use Mungenast as the blue print that every Lexus dealer should strive to emulate. In particular, Mike Baek, the Financial Service Manager, was very professional and articulate in explaining every detail of our purchase to us. Becky helps me find the car for me based on my state of mind and needs, John makes fair and reasonable offers, then Mike gets the right banks or lease options to get behind the wheel.
